If you're just starting out or need a refresher, a beginner class may be more suitable. 2. Feel free to reach out to our staff or instructors for guidance. We're here to help you find the right class that matches your interests, abilities, and aspirations in dance. Ultimately, the right level of class is one where you feel challenged yet supported, allowing you to grow and enjoy the dance experience.

We offer beginner-level classes in various dance styles to welcome individuals who are new to dance or who have minimal experience. The choreography is taught regularly, and dancers can join at any time because it's taught from the beginning each time. Our teachers typically instruct the choreography a maximum of two to three times.

Classes at our studio are taught in both German and English. Our teachers are proficient in both languages, ensuring that all students can fully understand and participate in the instruction, regardless of their language preference.

To cancel your class, simply access your profile on our app. Click on the little icon at the top left and navigate to the booking tap. From there, you can easily cancel your class reservation without needing to send us an email.

Here are the types of memberships available at our dance studio: ALL YOU CAN DANCE Membership (12 Months Contract): This membership provides unlimited access to all classes offered at our studio for a 12-month contract period. With this membership, dancers can explore various styles, attend as many classes as they desire, and make the most of their dance journey. 10FLEX Membership (12 Months Contract): The 10FLEX membership offers flexibility and convenience for members who have busy schedules or prefer a more structured approach to their dance practice. With this membership, dancers can attend up to 10 classes per month, allowing them to customize their dance experience while enjoying the benefits of regular attendance. These membership options are designed to accommodate different lifestyles, goals, and preferences, ensuring that dancers can find the perfect fit for their needs. Whether you prefer unlimited access to classes or a more flexible approach, we have a membership option that suits you.

After the 12 contract period expires, the membership does not automatically renew for another 12 months. Instead, the contract transitions into a month-to-month basis. Once the initial contract period ends, the membership automatically continues on a month-to-month basis. This means that members will still have access to their chosen membership benefits, but without the long-term commitment of another fixed-term contract.

To cancel your contract, please send a cancellation request to our studio's administrative team by post to Millennium Dance Complex Germany, Vogelsanger Str. 348, 50827 Köln For the monthly cancellable offer (monatlich kündbar): Please be aware that for this offer, there is a one-month notice period. Your cancellation notice must be received by the studio at least one month before the end of the current billing cycle // termination at the end of the month with one month's notice. Cancellation Notice Period: Please note that the cancellation notice period is one month. Your membership will remain active for the duration of this notice period, and you'll continue to have access to studio benefits during this time. Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request, our administrative team will process it accordingly. You may receive a confirmation email or letter acknowledging the cancellation.

Yes, you can upgrade your membership at our dance studio. If you currently have a 10FLEX membership and wish to upgrade to the ALL YOU CAN DANCE membership, you can do so easily. However, please note that downgrading from the ALL YOU CAN DANCE membership to the 10FLEX membership is not possible without canceling your current membership contract and signing up for the 10FLEX membership separately. Here's how the upgrade process works: Upgrade from 10FLEX to ALL YOU CAN DANCE: If you're currently on the 10FLEX membership and wish to upgrade to the ALL YOU CAN DANCE membership for unlimited access to all classes, simply inform our staff or access your account through our app or website to request the upgrade. We'll guide you through the process and adjust your membership accordingly. Downgrading from ALL YOU CAN DANCE to 10FLEX: If you're on the ALL YOU CAN DANCE membership and wish to switch to the 10FLEX membership for more flexibility, please note that you'll need to cancel your current membership contract. Once canceled, you can then sign up for the 10FLEX membership separately through our app or website.

Each card grants you access to attend any class of your choice within that period. Purchase Options: You can purchase the 10card conveniently through our app using PayPal. Alternatively, you can buy it at the checkout when booking a class through our schedule. Once purchased, the credits will be added to your profile in our app, allowing you to start using them immediately. Flexibility: With the 10card, you have the freedom to attend any class that suits your schedule and interests. Whether you're exploring different dance styles or maintaining a consistent practice routine, the 10card offers flexibility and convenience.
